Things to Consider

Considering that less than 300 lots are available in a 31-hectare development, competition for lot ownership will be tight. With an average size of 550 sqm, lot prices start at ₱21.5 million and go as high as ₱34.9 million. Houses are additional and will require homebuyers to choose from a list of approved tasteful designs.

In order to maintain the natural state of the entire community, Trava will be creating a homeowner’s association. The HOA will oversee the management of all amenities as well as the landscape’s upkeep. As a result, homeowners will be charged with monthly association fees to bankroll the expenses. Initially, Greenfield estimates the charges at P10 per square meter, subject to periodic increases.  

Like most gated subdivisions, travel to and from Trava will require personal vehicles. While public transportation is available within Greenfield City and the entire Sta. Rosa, private vehicles can ensure full mobility.
